If you are an Allys customer, you are valuable because our customers' satisfaction and expectations are important to us. Therefore, you are guaranteed free exchange and return. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product or products you purchased for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are in their original packaging, unused and the labels have not been removed.

Cargo companies make deliveries between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays and between 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays. Delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery days and times may vary for Same Day Delivery or Courier Delivery options.
